“It’s just fine.”

Liked: The staff was friendly. They brought down my suitcase after the lift stopped working on

Disliked: The room is small but worked fine. However, there was hair on several spots the bedspread upon checkin. The lift stopped working on Saturday and was not fixed by the time I checked out on Monday. This left us climbing 8 flights for three days.

“Good value in the ultimate location”

Liked: Amazing location in beautiful Soho minutes from Oxford/Piccadilly yet off a quiet little street so it was easy to sleep. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Modern and spacious bathroom.

Disliked: Even the queen room was tiny, but I expected that. The one thing that was strange was the flooring was soft in a spot in the room, as if the planks were rotted?

“Very good”

Liked: Great location, very clean. Staff was super nice & the 24/7 cafe is convenient if you have a late night and all the other restaurants are closed! The rooms are very very small (like can only open your suitcase if it’s positioned in a specific position on the floor small lol) but that’s the sacrifice you have to make for the location and price. As long as your trip is pretty packed with stuff to do and you’re mostly just looking for a place to sleep/chill between activities, this is perfect.

“Decent stay! Just WiFi could be better”

Liked: I was scared for the room size because everyone complained in the reviews but my room was more than comfortable for 1. The AC worked amazing and was the right move when on a heat wave

Disliked: The internet was spotty, not suitable for zoom calls if you are trying to have those while you visit.

“Perfect overnight”

I was in London for meetings and used the hotel only for sleep. For that it was perfect, though the wifi didn't work. The location is great - quiet but in the middle of the restaurant area and just off Oxford Road.
