“Great Service, Great Room”

I was in Saigon a couple of days for work and chose to stay here. First up, I appreciated how easy it was to contact the staff for check in and support via Whatsapp. They constantly followed up to ensure my stay and experience was great. I love that they have water dispenser, washing machine and dryer available. It was also clean overall.

“Acceptable”

The room has poor soundproofing. It was very noisy. An alley right next to the hotel was being used to pump out a septic tank from 11 PM to 2 AM, but staff did not notify guests in advance and had no plan to deal with the noise. Staying one night to sleep felt like torture because of the noise.

“a nice room in District room”

I get lost during check in as the "tiny" access gate to the hotel is so small and the sign board is unclear. Nobody was at the counter (a reception desk only, nothing else) when I reached there. I managed to the phone and WA to inform the receptionist for check in. As it is my ever first times staying in this budget hotel, I didn't feel comfortable at all; it was a bad experience when I found nobody especially when the neighbour did not know about it. I should have looked upward the red-light sign of M Village (the light will be on after sun set). I was given a room at second floor, room no. 204. The room is quite spacious, but the bathroom is too small for me. The hostel neighbour tuned on the TV and music so loud in the early morning 5.30-6.00am. My Vietnamese was okay with it but honestly, I didn't sleep well throughout my 3-day stay in this hotel. The good thing is the hotel is surrounded by VN restaurants, cafe, massage parlors and spas.

“The team is professional and very fast at handling requests”

"Perfect stay for my 5-day trip to HCMC. The highlight was definitely the staff; they were extremely responsive and resolved any issues or inquiries almost immediately. The location is great and the service is top-notch. I would definitely stay here again!"
