Liked: Todo es un hotel que me encanta cada vez que puedo vamos

Liked: The entry was easy with the sent door code. The A/C was running when we arrived and the mini fridge was also turned on already.

Disliked: There was no Door towards the toilet. This fact is not stated anywhere on the booking page - and also not visible in the pictures for our room. The air conditioning was extremely loud and on the very hot day could not get the room temperature below 26°C. The cabinet in the room had no shelves to unpack. There were no cups or glasses available. We wanted to change the room, but there is no staff at the place. They don't answer calls, it's only possible to chat via Whatsapp. Asking about another room, they told all rooms were booked, although we did not hear or see any other person there. They also stated, every room has an open toilet, which is a lie, some of the rooms at least have a glass cabin around the toilet. The room opened directly towards the the breakfast room. It was super hot in there and smelled like spoiled milk. Everywhere were warning signs with all the things they will fine you for if you disobey the rules. No friendly word in sight. This is the first time I ever write a negative review, but this was such a huge disappointment, that I can only advise anyone to not stay there, who is not comfortable with the conditions I described.

Leider können wir diese Unterkunft absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir waren schon sehr sehr oft in Mallorca aber so etwas haben wir auch noch nie erlebt. Wir sind angekommen, wurden zuerst nicht reingelassen, da wir angeblich die komplette Unterkunft nicht bezahlt hätten. Also münzten wir nach. Nachdem dort schon der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer sehr sehr unfreundlich war versuchten wir trotzdem uns den Urlaub nicht vermiesen zu lassen! Angekommen im Zimmer, war das Bettlaken, die Toilette und die Dusche dreckig. Kaltes Wasser hatten wir in der Dusche auch bis abends. Wir kontaktierten den Besitzer und fragten ob wir kostenlos stornieren können oder ob er uns mit 20% auf den Reisepreis entgegen kommt? Die Antwort war sehr patzig: Erst bezahlen sie nicht die komplette TAX der Unterkunft und jetzt bemängeln sie die Unterkunft? Sie bekommen kein einziges Prozent Rabatt. Ob man so mit seinen Gästen umgeht, weiß ich nicht.

The room was ridiculously small that you can’t walk around because there’s literally no enough space for that. The shower had damp patches on the ceiling, and every time you turned on any tap it really smelled of sulfur (a sign of untreated bacterial contamination…). On top of that, water would leak out because it’s poorly built for normal use, even reaching outside the room. There was no soundproofing at all, and it’s clear they don’t disinfect (the joints in the areas in contact with water were yellowish).

Liked: The value for money and the room size.

Disliked: The floor was watery when i entered, had to complain and get help on cleaning. Its around 50km away from the airport and its all deserted. The beach and center is very far from this place. Also i didnt like the concept of having the sink in the bedroom next to the bed and having two separate spaces for toilet and shower. No welcome water, nothing as such that i would appreciate except that the free parking was open in the surrounding and the stores were close by.

A beautiful room located at the historic central plaza. Recommended!

Disliked: Cuidado! Deceptive advertising - the room was tiny, dark and cold. No sun ever shone into this room. At best the room was 135 square feet, not 161 square feet as advertised; not with open beams, desk, chair, etc. as shown when I picked the room via Booking com. There are no staff at the hotel/hostel with the exception of the cleaning person. There are no hotel amenities whatsoever. There are signs of mold in the room on its east wall. I killed a silverfish bug in the room - these bugs exist where it is damp. I had to find additional toilet paper by luck. There was a strange sewer/mold smell in the room and I needed to buy air freshener and leave the window/exterior shutters open at night. The shower cubicle leaks into the main room and I needed to devise techniques to keep the room from puddling from the shower - even when I used the shower on the lowest flow I could select. Two persons with baggage in this room would not fit. For this trip to Spain - one of many I take - of three months in duration, staying exclusively in hotels/hostels - I paid more for this room and received less than at any other accommodation where I have stayed since 2019. Be very cautious in reserving a room at this establishment - based on my seven day stay here, you will have no idea what room you will actually get. Be careful! Management will respond that they offered me another room when I questioned them upon arrival - the other room was available the next day, one floor up, accessible across a roof deck. I viewed the room, it was much the same as mine, with the added trouble of the move and additional stairs. Bar/Restaurant? Closed and dark. Hot tub? Not to my knowledge. I seldom leave negative reviews, although this time after negotiating with Booking.com and the proprietor for some type of discount to no avail, I have no choice. This establishment needs to show the actual room you are getting for the price and ensure that you get what you are paying for.
