“Poor customer service”

I ended up booking the Tivoli instead of the one in *** even thou I called to check if its the same hotel as we had the show - other Tivoli didn’t care as I was not their guest and asked me why I sitting in the lounge whilst I was looking for stay options, after travelling from South, no sleep all night, tired, I was not even offered water even thou my situation was addressed, not yet recieved my refund of booking

“Poorly maintained property”

This is a poorly maintained property, location is very far from any basic amenities, no space for family or kids to spend time. Just a swimming pool, which is open from 7.30am to 7.30pm, can't even go for a walk around that area. Furniture are worn out, bathroom doesn't even have the full basic toiletries. No restaurants nearby and in house restaurant has limited menu. Breakfast quality and variety was just okay. There are much better options at this price at better locations.
