The corridor lights on the 6th floor were not working, so I had to find my room in the dark at night. This was inconvenient and potentially unsafe. The hotel should improve its facilities and ensure that the corridor lighting works properly.

Liked: I don't even know what to call this awful experience, but it was truly horrible. They promised that the room would be cleaned and the linens changed by 4 PM on the second day. Unsurprisingly, when I returned, the room was in the exact same state I had left it. On top of that, the listing states that parking is free, yet I was charged a hefty fee every single time I parked. I definitely do not recommend this place."

Disliked: ⭐ 1/5 – Four Stars? From Which Century? We stayed at TOP HOTEL Praha for a weekend, and I honestly cannot understand how this hotel has four stars. The hotel feels like it hasn't been renovated in decades. Everything looks outdated, worn out, and poorly maintained. Cracked walls, badly patched plaster, old electrical sockets, damaged surfaces, and worn-out bathroom fixtures. This is absolutely NOT a four-star standard! Breakfast was another disaster. Only one coffee machine for at least 100 guests, with around 20 people waiting in line. Uncomfortable, cold wooden chairs and scrambled eggs that tasted like they were made from powder. Completely unacceptable for a hotel of this size and category. There is a big difference between an older hotel with character and a hotel that simply looks neglected. Unfortunately, this one falls into the second category. In my opinion, this hotel deserves two stars at most, definitely not four. I genuinely wonder when those four stars were awarded. I am attaching real photos so future guests can judge for themselves. My advice: Don't be fooled by the four-star rating. Check recent guest photos before booking! A huge disappointment. Four stars on paper, but nowhere near four-star quality in reality.

Disliked: To isolated to far way from everything You take the bus and then the metro for a long time to,get into,the city center The Metro I don’t recommend in Prague It’s dirty and very bad air conditions in all the metro lines all stations and ain all the wagons unfortunately I git even sick 🤒 from it But the city itself is very beautiful 🤩

Liked: It was OK.

Disliked: We had conference there. So it was convenient for us to stay there.

Liked: Sauna and pool for a reasonable price.

Disliked: Almost all the meal served for breakfast was made from a cheap automation production and coffee was very probably instant.

Liked: The hotel facilities and territory are quite good, decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Disliked: The rooms are pretty dated. I believe they were quite modern like very long time ago. The doors are not soundproof at all. When someone is talking in the corridor, it feels as if someone e is talking right next to your bed. Carpeting wants changing too.

Liked: The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was easily accessible from the highway.

Disliked: The rooms could use some renovation. The elevator is quite small. The breakfast selection was rather limited, although perhaps keeping it simple is not necessarily a bad thing. Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free options available for breakfast.
