“Dirty & Bugs”

Got to our destination and walked into our room and it had a moldy smell. Had the night management to look at the room & he said he would put us in another room. The other room had bugs & cock roaches in the bed & floors. The night management said he would refund our money for the 2 nights but I needed to get hold of agoda. Also the phone number I've been calling for the motel wasn't even the number to the motel. Not happy at all!! Beware of this destination!! It's horrible!!

Disliked: There was literal mold on the bed, one of the beds was missing a blanket, the lock was broken off of the door where some one clearly kicked in the door, there were stains on the bed, they stocked the cheapest toilet paper imaginable, the smoke detector had been taken out and not covered up properly, I booked a single king, and no accomodations were made and I was changed to a two bed room both of which had mild on them, I'm pretty sure there was dried blood on the floor. This was easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
