“Exceptional”

Please remind customers of the parking situation. Got compounded two times for RM30 in one day. The stairs always has smoking smell. The compound is a bit smelly, and can be creepy for solo female travellers. However, I am satisfied with the room deespite lack of tv channels and no water heater. Received refills everyday over my 6 days stay, and the staff is very friendly and replied my Whatsapp fast. Overall, good & decent experience for longer stay with affordable price.

“Not Worth the Price – Small Room & Missing Facilities”

Early check-in was available for an additional charge, which I found acceptable. However, the extra RM60 for a bed was quite expensive considering the mattress quality, which was very poor. The room looked better and more spacious in the photos. There was also a TV shown in the listing, but when we arrived, there was no TV in the room. Instead, we were given a remote control, and even the reception seemed unaware that the room was being sold without a TV. The room was also very small, even for a couple. The space beside the bed was so narrow that one person could barely stand there without getting stuck. We came with kids, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for families. The staff were quiet and not very helpful, although I understand that some of these issues may not have been entirely their fault. For the price we paid, I think there are other accommodations nearby that are cheaper, more spacious, and offer better facilities.
