“Attractive features are comfortable sleep and kind service.”
It was a stay with high satisfaction for the price. The staff's response was kind, and the interior was generally kept clean. The sleeping environment was comfortable, and the hot water and Wi-Fi were both usable without any issues. It was also convenient for shopping. While the facilities and services were sufficiently equipped, the rooms felt somewhat lacking in size. Overall, it leaves a good impression of a balance between comfort and usability.

“Polite service even for late-night check-ins.”
I hadn't informed in advance about the late-night check-in, but there was a QR code at the entrance that allowed me to connect a phone, and I was able to check in without any issues. The service was very attentive and helpful!

“The age of the building cannot be denied.”
It feels like they are making an effort with renovations. However, the oldness can't be denied. I'm surprised there are so many showers; the toilets are a traditional style I've never seen before... It's tough that the shared space doesn't have working air conditioning. And... the women's dormitory is just too noisy in the morning, whether it's cicadas or birds, I can't sleep. However, if you're someone who can sleep regardless of the noise, I think it would be really good.

“Very nice place to stay. Staff are very friendly, good English skills, and everything runs smoothly.”
Liked: The capsules are very cosy and comfortable. One should be very careful about not making noise and being respectful to others. But this is a common way in Japan, and it works very well.

“The friendly and common lounge is nice, but...”
If you consider the location relative to the price, it's absolutely great. However, it feels very different from the capsule hotel I had in mind... The capsule I stayed in before was more luxurious, so I might have been comparing them more. The space inside here is very narrow, so it felt quite cramped during my 4-day stay. It's fine for a short one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for long-term lodging. I really liked that the staff was friendly and the common lounge was spacious and comfortable!

“Alright”
I would have recommended it if it were not for an incident I had. I realized I left an IC card behind after an early morning check out. I had a reservation, so I couldn't go back right away. Went back around 11am and it was closed and there was no staff. Tried contacting them on Line and calling but it doesn't seem available outside of 4-10pm. In the end, I never got a response. Thank goodness I didn't leave behind something important or I doubt I would've gotten it back.

Points I thought were not good: 1) I felt that the air in the sleeping area was stagnant. Points I thought were good: 1) The personal lockers were large and spacious, making them easy to use. 2) The personal lockers were located a little further away, so making a bit of noise did not disturb those around me. 3) It was in a location close to the railway station and easy to find. 4) There was a convenience store right next door, so I could easily purchase what I needed.

A dormitory that is easy to use. As others have mentioned, the women's dorm only has a curtain divider, so I'm unsure about safety. However, it's not just here; women's dorms generally have fewer odor issues (not to say there are none, such as from perfume), so I think I will use a women's dorm again next time. - The hairdryer only blows weak air - The shared space is spacious and nice, making it easy to work - There may not be luggage storage before check-in or after check-out? (Since staff are not always present, it needs to be confirmed)
