Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi Hotel

The staffs were all very helpful! Location is very near the train station old quarter.

Excellent hospitality by the hotel staff, room is clean

A wonderful, thoughtful hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side but clean and tidy, and there's a fridge which is convenient for late-night snacks and drinks. The staff here are proactive and friendly, always ready to help — it feels like home. They’ll take care of anything you need and offer useful advice. The neighborhood’s amenities are also very good. I highly recommend this place to Taiwanese travelers visiting Hanoi on their first independent trip.

Liked: On some other site this place had like thousands of five star reviews, which made me skeptical because come on, no place is THAT highly reviewed. But this place lived up to the hype. Attentive staff, lovely room, great location, ample and varied breakfast included. I can't honestly find fault with it. They gave us lovely welcome refreshments while we signed in AND when I left they gave me a little goodie bag with treats to take with me! There's also a cool-looking bar downstairs although it was pretty empty both times we checked it out.

Disliked: I can't think of anything. The pillow was a little too big and fluffy for my liking, and I didn't notice until my last morning there (when it was too late) that there was actually a CARD on the bedside table saying essentially "Hey, if the pillow's too big and fluffy let us know!" These people don't miss a trick.

Liked: Once again an excellent short stay at Bespoke Trendy. I have stayed here consistently on visits to Hanoi since 2020 and it has only got better. Staff are extremely attentive, professionally trained an unfailingly polite, with overall management ethos that focuses on making the guests feel very much at home.

Liked: Location was excellent and the staff were very caring and attentive.

Disliked: The only thing I can really fault is you could hear the outside traffic noise. But being on holiday it didn’t really annoy me much!

My birthday was two weeks prior and they still made the effort to bring me a little cake. Very dedicated, caring team, nice facilities and good breakfast. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I tried a semi-independent tour for the first time and chose this hotel to stay at for 7 days and 6 nights. The rooms aren’t large, but they have everything you need. The staff are especially warm and helpful — always ready to solve problems and eager to meet guests’ requests. They even checked whether we were sleeping well and offered different pillows. Those little details made us feel really cared for. The hotel is within walking distance of most of the 36 Old Streets, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We’ll stay here again next time.
