“It was a very good experience.”

The quality of the room, the staff's response, and the meals were all of a high standard, and considering the price, I felt it was the best choice for staying in Agra. It was also a good hotel for sightseeing, as it was close to the Taj Mahal.

“Wonderful Stay”

Overall a great experience. However the bath rooms need improvement. With water spilling out of bath area as well as shower taps not properly functioning, the hotel needs to look into these areas

“Low no non function of room AC”

We started at the hotel for 2 nights and 3days and would like first appreciate the service, hospitality and welcoming was exceptional but during my stay the only challenge I faced and kept informing the suppprte team was about low cooling levels of our room AC and it reached a wen we called the service staff to check he also agreed to issue and we requested for floor / pedestrian fan to have a peaceful sleep but unfortunately nothing was arranged in 2 days. Rest the experience was amazing it was meant to family team and honestly we enjoyed it completely just leaving apart the issue we faces dur to SC issue Thanks Karan saxena.

“Recent Stay at Trident”

Really enjoyed my stay overall. Everything was quite nice and comfortable. However, since I was visiting for my birthday, I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t any decoration or a small gesture to make the occasion feel more special. It would have definitely added to the overall experience. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay.
