Triton Beach Hotel & Spa at Maafushi

This is my first time in the Maldives, and my first stop is Maafushi. I spent a long time choosing a hotel and eventually settled on this one, which isn't very well-known in my country. I didn't expect it to be so incredibly good. The staff is very friendly and patiently answers our questions despite the language barrier. The cleaning is done thoroughly every day, and the hotel's location is excellent, with a souvenir street and a supermarket street just behind it. Overall, it's great. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, but being able to directly see the ocean makes it worth it.

Triton Group has three hotels on Ma Fuji Island, and I believe this one offers the best value for money. The facilities are complete, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, and the service is extensive. There is a Chinese-speaking butler who is very enthusiastic and attentive. The breakfast is quite good as well. The location is a bit remote from the pier and can be a bit hard to find, but it has a private beach. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Kudos to the management and staff, the branch i had booked with is apparently under maintenance so they have upgraded my stay to Triton Exotica instead and it was fabulous. Very accommodating staffs

Very nice hotel clean, good staff, breakfast and dinner food is good.

It was an excellent upgrade to their new hotel Triton Exotica. I stayed for 4 days at Triton Exotica in an upgraded room, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. The upgrade made my solo birthday celebration even more special and memorable. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is new, clean, and beautifully maintained. One of my favorite spots was the rooftop infinity pool—it’s absolutely amazing. Having stayed in many hotels in Dubai, I can honestly say Triton made my stay extra satisfying. From the room upgrade to the delicious breakfast and dinner served at Shell Restaurant, everything exceeded my expectations. What I appreciated the most was how the staff interacted with me—warm, genuine, and attentive, especially noticing when I was alone. That kind of hospitality truly makes a difference. I also want to recognize the management for building such a great team. It’s clear they are doing an excellent job in both service and guest care. Let’s continue to appreciate people in the hospitality industry like them—it inspires them to keep giving their best. 😇🙏🏻

Very comfortable. I like the drinks here, though the orange juice is mixed, it’s not bad. The cultural atmosphere is great, and the staff at the hotel, restaurant, or other activity centers are all very friendly. Always enthusiastic 👍 pretty good for my arrangement, but the food seems not really suitable for middle-aged Chinese people. Actually, I think maybe it’s time to add something new. The beef in the buffet is a little bit hard to chew. Everything is good ☺️ hope next time when we come here we can find other ways to enjoy.

Our booking was 3 night but We stayed 2 night. We have dinner included. But every night they they said we don't have booking for dinner. 1st night after check they said sorry to us. 2nd night they not even say sorry. They just try to ignore us. When I complain to the receptionist they don't also say sorry. That's why we left this hotel after 2 days

Excellent stay. Great staff friendly and helpful.
