“Acceptable”
Liked: Location, it had a pickup spot for the bus running to and from the convention center
Disliked: Cleanliness, the towels I got were stained. Made a video - happy to share with you. Breakfast was also disappointing.

“I hated the experience of my stay at this hotel. Under no circumstances would I ever stay at this hotel ever again.”
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The front patio of the hotel property was filled with marijuana smoke on account of the smokers smoking there. You walked into the hotel through this cloud, which gave me a headache. The hotel staff did nothing about it. The hallways smelled like marijuana. The bedsheets looked slept in. The shower stall had cracked glass. The fragrance in the room of the room deodorizer was suffocating.

“Couldn't ask for more for the price. Great stay!”
Liked: Breakfast was great and a little different everyday. Great price and located in a wonderful area that was close enough to GCU Campus for graduation. Plenty of common spaces to relax with our family that didn't feel cramped or overcrowded.
Disliked: There wasn't really anything I did not like. We could hear public transit from our room but it wasn't something I would personally count as a negative.

“I will have to rethink Hilton at all now.”
Liked: Location was the only positive
Disliked: Rooms were miniature, didn’t do my room even when I asked the head housekeeper. I called for clean towels at that point and was told there were no towels they were in the laundry. I told them to get them out of one of the unsold rooms. Then, when I returned for the evening nine of the keys worked. I was told because I had them next to credit cards however one was I. A clutch purse with no wallet and the other was in my jacket pocket as we attended a wedding.

“Excellent for a short stay”
Liked: Breakfast was excellent, mostly heat-and-serve items like sausage links, egg bites, toast, pastries, oatmeal, and build-your-own breakfast sandwich and pancakes stations. Extremely clean, staff were all lovely, room was small but not cramped for a short stay
Disliked: Nothing, everything was excellent. Youre not gonna miss having a coffee maker or dresser

“Excellent”
Liked: Great time room was comfortable, breakfast was good. Very clean.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking and couldn't park on site had to walk across street and stairs in 100+ heat.
