“Great location and nice hotel, but call ahead to confirm your room selection”
Liked: The location of this hotel was great, close to Penn Station and mid-town. The hotel, rooms, and facilities are well maintained with polite staff. I also appreciated that they will store your luggage if you arrive early and your room is available. Also, I appreciated that the did offer late checkout for a nominal fee.
Disliked: I was disappointed that we didn't get the room we reserved. We booked a 2 Queen with Sofa bed, but instead got a 2 King room. There were 5 of us in the room, so the first night was very uncomfortable as 3 of us slept in 1 bed, and 2 in another (and the lumpy pillows didn't help). Unfortunately, there were some conventions going on that weekend, so they were fully booked. To be fair, the front desk had thought they were giving us a 2 Queen with rollout bed, which would have been fine, but with the room having 2 king size beds, there was no way a rollout bed would fit. They did offer to give us a different room the next day, but since we were there only 2 nights, and we had plans for the day, we kept the room as we didn't want to deal with the hassle and waste of time moving to another room - if our stay would have been longer we may have taken up the offer. If I ever stay here again, I will be sure to call ahead to confirm that I am indeed getting the room I requested.

“Friendly and courteous service”
Liked: Decent area
Disliked: The motion sensor in the bathroom was a bit annoying when someone got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Liked: Room was spacious and clean.The location was excellent, it was a walking distance to Times Square and surrounding attractions, and walking distance to Moynihan/Penn station.

“Acceptable”
Liked: Beds very comfortable and good location
Disliked: Our room was not very clean, when we arrived, we were told our room was ready, but I was not aware we were being charged for every hour it was ready early. I did not ask to have our room ready it was offered, and evidently he must’ve whispered for a fee, because I certainly did not hear it. No rooftop bar or restaurant.
