“Great location but older boutique hotel with no air con and showing its age”

Liked: Location is great, with views and close to the lake and walking distance to the GO! Dalat Mall. The hotel is boutique and offers a wonderful breakfast on the top level with great views of the lake and surrounding city area. The hostess and personnel were wonderful, helpful and accommodating

Disliked: No air conditioning, many electrical outlets did not work. There was no safe in the room.

“My favourite Hotel in Dalat”

Still my go-to hotel in Dalat. Location is great. Room is great. Staff is excellent. The breakfast is normal fare. One thing I had problem was, I wanted to shower on the day I was supposed to check out and there wasn't any hot water. Small issue. I still like this hotel enough to bring friends to stay.

“The location was good.”

The location is great, and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. It's right above the night market, making it convenient, and tourist attractions were not far by Grab. However, some good restaurants required a bit of walking or a Grab ride. The only downside was that the music from the night market was quite loud at night, making it a bit difficult.

“Helpful staff”

During my visit I encountered issues concerning the phone Simcard I purchased when I arrived in Saigon. Fortunately a front desk staff, Ms. Thư, spends times to resolve my situation. I am very much appreciated Ms. Thư went beyond her normal duty to extra help during my visit.

“Exceptional”

The hotel is located in the center of Da Lat, very close to the Da Lat night market. The breakfast is good, and the room is average. Booking through Agoda is cheaper than booking directly...
