“When should I stay?”
The photos on the app have nothing to do with the place in reality — it feels like a cheap guesthouse. I paid 244k and still felt it was a waste of money. Very old and small, and in the age of 5.0 it doesn't even have hot water. We only got the room at 11 PM; after a walk on the beach there was no water to shower. At the front desk they gave me an electric kettle and a basin to take back to the room so I could heat water and wash — which took almost an hour. The room had nothing except a TV and an air‑con. Quality is worse than those cheap guesthouses in Hanoi.

“Poor experience- Pariat Hotel”
Location was convenient, but poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, lack of proper facilities. value of money was very disappointing

“It's okay.”
When I went to shower the water wasn't hot, you could even say it was cold. The hotel staff were nosy. In the evening when I went out they acted like it was none of their business and asked why they should care.
