Uman Hotel -Motel-

Liked: Me encanta uman

Liked: Excelente lugar!

Liked: I only received one breakfast, perhaps because I was u familiar with the ordering process and procedures.

Disliked: Needed More electrical outlets. No Complimentary bottled water.

Disliked: Rude staff. We left. They refused entry because of my small service dog. She was completely rude and was ignorant about what a service dog even is.

Liked: The staff did everything they could to help.

Disliked: This is a sex hotel. Adult oriented with lots of mirrors, red lights. Its dark inside. There is nothing wrong with sex hotels, but this should be part of the description. I don't like staying in them. Not suited for work and travel. The door handles were falling off. No no smoking rooms. I had to sit on the stairs to get internet. There may be more to this place, but this is what it is. After booking I got a notice that it was an adult only hotel. Dear Bookings - why is there not a category for this or something.
