Liked: My stay at Umiltà 36 was truly exceptional. I stayed for two nights before departing on a cruise, and from the moment I arrived, I knew I had made an excellent choice. The hotel is ideally located on a quiet street, away from the bustle, yet just a two-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The location could not have been more convenient. My room and bathroom were both beautifully spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet—a wonderful retreat after exploring Rome. Breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive selection of fresh, high-quality offerings and something to suit every taste. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I would especially like to recognize Alessandra, who went above and beyond to make my visit special. She was incredibly helpful and provided wonderful recommendations for both dining and gelato. Every recommendation was excellent, and her genuine warmth and knowledge were greatly appreciated. She is truly an asset to Umiltà 36. Without hesitation, I would choose Umiltà 36 again on my next visit to Rome.

“Wonderful hotel but area too touristy.”
Liked: Beautiful hotel with great restaurant and wonderful breakfast. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Disliked: Located in a very touristy area. Walking outside the hotel is like entering a sea of people.

“Great location with beautiful rooms and wonderful staff”
Liked: The property is in a great location minutes from the Trevi fountain and within walking distance to most major sites. The breakfast is wonderful as was the staff.

“Excellent”
Liked: Beautiful hotel and great location! Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel.
Disliked: The 6th floor lounge was quite loud most nights, we could hear the bass in our 2nd floor room. The AC system was funky, it constantly reset to a higher temp which meant it was warmer than we would like sleeping.
