“The hotels location negates the negatives above we would still stay there again.”
Liked: Great proximity to the Station. Easy to get down town area.
Disliked: The noise. Weekend was particularly noisy with ‘Assumed’ students shouting and screaming on our floor throughout the evening and then early mornings. Not the hotels fault, very much the clientele staying. Very limited breakfast menu, which was a shame.

Liked: Great location, the price was excellent.
Disliked: Being in Toronto for 5 night solo for concerts this was the perfect place and price.

“Toronto stay at Union hotel”
Perfect location for Hockey game at Scotiabank Arena. Five minutes walk to Arena. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel very clean and very comfortable 👌. Staff friendly and very helpful. I would stay there again.

“A very comfy option in downtown Toronto if you are not afraid of loud aircons.”
Liked: Clean, friendly, super located in downtown Toronto. Supercomfy bed.
Disliked: Minor downsides were the small and expensive room as they are in Toronto. Included breakfast was a la carte and no buffet. Loud aircon unfortunately.

“It's noisy in the early morning.”
The location was excellent — within walking distance of famous attractions. Maybe because of the location, the price is high. Because it’s an older building, there was an incident on the day we checked in where someone got stuck in the elevator, and the staff handled it very calmly as if it were routine and didn’t respond urgently. Guests were very worried and complained. Also, it was so noisy at night — maybe car noise — that I woke up.
