“Nice stay but it could have been better for what we paid.”

Liked: Good service overall, i.e. front desk and at breakfast. Nice property overall except for items mentioned below.

Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work well. The swimming pool was too hot, more like a large hot tub. The food and service in the onsite Bacora restaurant was bad.

“Exceptional”

Liked: Staff was friendly and very helpful. Clean hotel with beautiful amenities and decent food. Room was also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The outdoor private pool was fun as well. Will be back.

Disliked: Location wasn't perfect, but manageable. Best if intending to stay reasonably close by rather than explore around the island.

“Very good”

Liked: The breakfast was very good but the service was not organized at a level which you would expect at such a hotel.

Disliked: As stated above. Also the hotel did not accommodate the right room for my family and they had to upgrade.

“Beautiful hotel”

Liked: Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Great food!

Disliked: I couldn’t select the room before we arrived and we arrived late and our twin beds were pushed together so we had to rearrange the room our self (we asked for help) and the room was by the lifts so very noisy in the morning!
