“Staying at urban view”

Cleanliness: Not very clean, still visible bed bugs and the floor is not mopped. Facilities: The room is very cramped, there are no hooks in the toilet, parking is not very accommodating for cars, there's some noise from the water pump machine. Access: The entrance road is quite narrow. Suitable for just stopping to sleep or overnight during a short trip, already provided with 2 bottles of drinks, clean water, and hot and cold shower, friendly staff, and no need for a deposit.

Stay August 21, 2026,,, friendly staff,, cleanliness is okay and the room is nice,, the AC is cool and the smart TV is fine,,, just lacking a mirror in my room yesterday. Everything else deserves a 5-star rating, no regrets,, I booked again here on the 29th,, hopefully the management stays good. So it remains busy and customers give 5 stars,, thank you...

There is no hook at all, there are no hooks in the bathroom either. There is no small cabinet to place items, and the shower hose is leaking. Only 1 towel is provided, even though the room description is for 2 adults.
