rooms where very clean, biggest advantage is the accessibility to MRT and also food howker center just right outside the hotel and also with the connectivity with city. location is the biggest plus for V HOTEL Lavender. totally worth stay.

“Dog Box”

Absolutely terrible. For the amount of money we paid certainly wasn’t worth it. The tv continued to glitch and freeze. Advised front desk who sent 2 staff members to fix. The said they would contact whoever in charge to fix reception. And no, the tv continued to glitch and freeze. The only time we watched tv was before bed while relaxing from our busy day walking. Save your money, front desk not friendly or helpful at all.

“Very Accessible”

Very accessible from airport. Hotel is just right outside the train station and there are a lot of food options and there is a supermarket nearby. It is also easy to reach tourist areas via bus or train.

“Best for location”

Right above the MRT, super convenient for family with young children. There are some food stalls, restaurants next to the hotel. Good pricing and the quality is not too bad. When we checked in on the 1st day, there was bad smell coming from the toilet, so the reception helped us to change to another room, which is much better.
