“Wonderful stay. Next time we will stay longer.”

Liked: Beautiful property and great staff. Wonderful getaway. Definitely will return with my husband. My sister and I took our 97 year old mom for her birthday. She had fun but she said she is not a spring chicken anymore. Loved the town of Helen and the shops but it is definitely a walking tourist town. Can’t wait to come back!!

Disliked: There was nothing that we didn’t like.

“Great property, but it wasn’t even close to sold out and yet they refused to refund one night.”

Liked: We loved the property. It was gorgeous. But we had to leave after one night.

Disliked: They refused to refund at least one night of the two nights we didn’t use. I found out that my pet of 14 years had passed away and I just wanted to get home. I didn’t even tell my friend about it because I was so upset.

“Great stay beautiful resort hotel!”

Liked: Beautiful hotel all the staff was excellent especially the bellman Steve!

Disliked: No ice-makers on the floors! Need to call the front desk for ice!

“Overall fine but nothing impressive”

Liked: Staff is lovely. Everyone was very friendly. Hotel was clean.

Disliked: Rooms are a tad dated. Location is about 2 miles from the downtown area. Hotel website says they offer a shuttle to and from but they no longer do this. Taxis are next to impossible to get and uber is out of the question. Walking isn’t really an option due to hills, curvy roads and no sidewalks. Food at hotel was mediocre at best.
