Valia Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 by Kingston Hotels

Breakfast was plentiful and tasty! Staff were very pleasant and wonderful with my child. The free shuttle was very helpful in getting to the mall and the restaurant was some of the best food we have tasted. We would definitely come back!

This stay was very disappointing. I booked this hotel on Agoda after seeing photos of the main building’s lobby, public facilities, and overall environment, which convinced me to stay. But when we checked in, we were assigned a room in the annex across the street. When I asked the front desk, I was told that the room type I booked is located in the annex. The problem is I didn’t clearly notice at booking that this room type was in the annex, and the hotel’s page mainly shows the impressive main building, which easily leads guests to believe they will be staying in the main building. The annex is separate from the main building, and access to and use of the hotel’s main facilities is less convenient. The overall experience was noticeably different from the expectations created by the photos on the booking page. I think the hotel and Agoda should clearly and prominently indicate on the booking page which room types are in the main building and which are in the across-the-street annex, so guests can understand and choose before paying, rather than finding out on arrival. For this price, the stay was very poor.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Nothing was too much for the staff. Very friendly and accommodating Amazing food too! Highly recommended. The rooms were fine either way very comfortable beds but the standouts for me were the staff and food.

Liked: My experience at Valia hotel was nothing short of exceptional — every request I made was handled with care, speed, and a genuine desire to help. What stood out most was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They remembered my name, anticipated my needs, and made me feel like more than just another reservation. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it made all the difference. Room service, cleanliness, hospitality, location, quality, pricing, amenities I give 10s across the board. I couldn’t recommend Valia more highly. If you’re looking for a place that truly values its guests and delivers on every promise, this is it.
