“AMAZING”
Liked: The room size was super large. It was very clean. The kingsize bed was AMAZING. And it was super quiet
Disliked: The distance from reception to our room and limited service regarding help from staff with carrying luggage to the room.

“See above.”
Disliked: Booked us at the farthest end of the hall despite low attendance. Room was freezing. View was poor mini-bar does not inform guests that if you lift the jar for 30 seconds you will be charged. Coffee at Lucky Penny sent back on consecutive days for being cold. Staff actually went to a different room to get hot coffee.

“Great for a staycation and pampering!!”
Liked: Property is beautiful! I loved the pool grounds and outdoor bar and quick bites areas. I grabbed a cocktail and sushi roll and sat by the pool until it was time for my spa appointment - the perfect pampered afternoon!
Disliked: The sheets and comfort level of the bed could use some improvements to feel more like a luxury stay.

“Beautiful, Comfortable, and Spacious Rooms.”
Liked: The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating. The casino and the room look new and clean with an attractive interior design. The outside/pool area had a modern aesthetic decor that was very inviting. Sandbar Grille had very delicious food and great service. The cocktail waitresses in the casino were very polite and helpful. I mostly enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room.
Disliked: I was sat at one of the worst tables at Hanks with reservations. I ask if we could move to a booth (there was at least two empty booths), the server said no, but they could move us to a different table. One of the booths sat empty all night, including other booths around us that had guests earlier in the evening. It made me feel discriminated.

“It was a great experience.”
Liked: The casino was all on one floor and everything at the hotel was recently renovated. Very nice property.
Disliked: My husband and I got lost a few times trying to get from the casino to our room.
