“Great place to stay”

The location is great, right at the heart of the old quarter and convenient to other places nearby to go. Ms Sky and team is also exceptional, recommending us food to eat during our stay. Recommend to stay here if you're in Hanoi! Havent use their facilities so can't comment. Complimentary breakfast is also wonderful with the best scrambled eggs I have seen so far! Just note that the breakfast closes early at 9.30am so gotta be there early! Otherwise everything is great and we really enjoyed our stay there!

“Exceptional”

Cosy room with comfy bedding. Nice bar on the roof. Had a few gin and tonics with a nice city view below. Breakfast wasnt a huge selection, but it had everything you need and was delicious. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

“Rude staffs”

The staffs are really rude (not all). One of the staffs instructed me not to use toilet paper (it blocks the drain, wow). Average hotel. Wouldn’t recommend

“Worst hotel so far.”

Liked: Location, that's it

Disliked: I wonder why it was given 5 stars, thats why i booked it. We checked in late. The room doesn't have internet in the room, which was i think a necessity nowadays, i work remotely as well. When we're about to sleep, a cockroach suddenly flew. We're able to take care of it but not confident enough to sleep without worrying that some may fly again. We trying calling the reception a lot of times but no answer until my boyfriend went down to them. The bell boy said the receptionist stepped out for a while ans we have to call again. We got ahold of him at 3am and he agreed to transfer us in a different room. The new room now, the ac is not properly working. Ww slept sweating. When we call in the morning, we ask for late check out because were not able to sleep properly and they just gave us until 1pm. Thats it for all the trouble.
