“Just need to sleep.”
This hotel is amazingly good. The room is very spacious. I could cry because I returned to the room late and my parents were already asleep. The staff came to unlock the door for me. Thank you so much! I stayed here while studying at Chiang Mai University. The location is excellent, really close to a lot of bars. I called to inquire, and the staff were really nice. Other hotels were fully booked, but I was very lucky that this one had availability. I really love it!

“Exceptional”
The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and plenty of food options nearby. The room was clean, and the price was reasonable for the overall experience. Unfortunately, the building in front of the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so some of the common areas were not as clean as expected. There was also noticeable noise from the air conditioning in my room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

“It's a nice hotel, but...”
It's a nice hotel. Good points: The staff's response is gentlemanly and precise. The room is clean. The location is excellent. There are coin laundry, convenience store, supermarket, food stalls, cafes, restaurants, and massage places nearby. Bad points: On the first day, I was in a room right next to the courtyard on the first floor. I couldn't sleep because employees or guests were talking while drunk on the courtyard bench late at night. I was moved to a small room on the fourth floor starting from the second day. The shower drainage was poor, and I urgently needed staff assistance to fix it, and then it became functional. I wished they had addressed the drainage issue properly from the beginning.

“Very good”
The hotel is located in a very good area, almost right in the heart of Nimman, making it convenient to travel anywhere. The hotel has ample parking, but the amenities in the hotel are almost non-existent. Overall, it is worth the price.
