“Above average”

Liked: Good location and a spacious room and bathroom, but cleanliness, housekeeping, and respect for guests’ privacy need improvement.

Disliked: I saw an insect during my stay, which raised concerns about cleanliness. My room was also not cleaned despite leaving the “Please clean my room” sign on the door. When I called reception, I asked for housekeeping to come after 30 minutes, but they arrived before that time and opened the door while I was telling them I was busy. This made me feel uncomfortable and that my privacy was not respected. Cleanliness and communication between reception and housekeeping need improvement, and staff should respect guests’ requested timings and privacy.

“Location Location Location! Easy walking to most tourism spots!”

Liked: The location was incredible. Easy access to all walkable tourism spots. We didn't even need to use the metro.

Disliked: The lighting system in the room. We couldn't get to just turn on the lights in the bathroom! There were switches for moods but not actual rooms. Odd.
