“Getting to be run down”
The rooms are getting old and not to a normal 5-Star rating, I am sure to was when the rooms were new some 20 years ago. Whilst we were there the pool needed maintenance! It closed in part for a day and thereafter completely. After arriving we were notified that the pool would be closed, not before, and that there was a 10% discount on pool drinks! I ordered a coffee there, forgetting that the pool was closed, and was told there’s no discount, quite rudely. The pool staff are much worse than the rest of the staff for some reason. I decided to use the Vinpearl beach facility instead, only to find they had no sun beds available, as the government only allowed them a few! The neighbouring beach rented me a bed at D300,000 and had plenty available, AND no government issues! Over all poor.

“Wonderful Service”
This hotel is in the middle of a busy part of Nha Trang with everything at your doorstep. The staff are wonderful, especially the management and the restaurant staff - so courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and the views amazing. As we are an older couple we found it too busy and noisy for us but it is a great central location for nightlife, restaurants and the beach is just across the road.

**Highly Recommended – Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel** My experience at Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel was excellent\! **First, location, location, location\!** The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy the city while still having a peaceful place to relax\. **Second, the private beach area\.** The hotel provides a dedicated beach area with beach chairs and towels, which makes spending time by the ocean even more enjoyable\. **Third, the reception staff\.** Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived\. **Fourth, the housekeeping team\.** I stayed in Room 2807, and the cleaning team was professional, helpful, and courteous\. I truly appreciated their excellent service\. **Fifth, the infinity pool on the sixth floor\.** The pool offers a beautiful view and is a wonderful place to unwind\. **Finally, it’s worth the money\!** If you’re looking for a comfortable place to relax and recharge after a long day of exploring the city, this is an excellent choice\. Overall, I highly recommend Vinpearl Beachfront Hotel\. Great location, friendly staff, excellent amenities, and great value for money\. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay\! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable

“A place with good cost-effectiveness and excellent service.”
Five families stayed together, and it was great because it was right next to Vincom Plaza, making shopping convenient, and the rooms were quite spacious. There are many affordable foot massage shops near the hotel (180,000 VND for an hour).
