“It was very satisfying.”
The beach, night market, various restaurants, pubs, and massage shops are all conveniently located nearby, making it easy to walk around. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which I think was perfect for our family of four. The breakfast was decent, and the prices were reasonable. Our trip to Nha Trang felt relaxed and comfortable, and I believe the accommodation contributed to that. I definitely intend to revisit, and I plan to return next year as well.

“It's a good accommodation for the price.”
Apart from the fact that the sea is not very visible, it is easy to walk around the city, and there are coffee shops, restaurants, and spas nearby, which is great. You can see the sea if you lean your head out a bit, haha. You can use the pool, take a shower, and store your luggage even after check-out. However, the service points can only be used before check-out.

“Personality plus”
The staff at the front desk speak good English and have personality plus. My room was fitted with European wall outlets only and the photo ticket for the cable car didn't work when I got there however they really looked after me and the hotel and views and so good so still a 5 star from me Thank you

“A quiet hotel in downtown with clean shower water.”
The best hotel for the price. The meals are good too. The outdoor pool is nice. Although it's a north-facing room, it's bright and good. They also provided free coupons for the Vinpearl Resort cable car and sauna. Above all, the best part is that unlike in Ho Chi Minh and Mui Ne, the filtered water used during the 3-night stay is simply clean.

“Deluso”
L'hotel viene venduto come 5 stelle ma secondo me non lo e' assolutamente. L'edificio e' bello e pulito, le camere discrete, un po'datate, specialmente il bagno. Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di essere al piano con una famiglia che usava il corridoi dell'hotel come parco giochi dei 3 bambini piccoli anche fino alla una della notte. Alla seconda notte abbiamo chiesto il cambio stanza e devo riconoscere che gli impiegati dell'hotel si sono dati da fare per poterci dare un'altra stanza. La zona piscina, carina, e' sempre strapiena e c'e' sempre gente che non ha educazione, tuffandosi e gridando da un lato all'altro. Palestra ok. Colazione non mi e' piaciuta, poca scelta per un "5 stelle". Poi ho visto cosa che non si dovrebbero vedere in un hotel Melia. Zona lobby, una famiglia apre 4/5 sacchetti di mangiare comprata nelle bancarelle in strada e apparecchia un tavolino e si siede a mangiare tranquillamente con piedi sulle sedie, bambini che corrono dietro ad un pallone nella lobby senza che nessuno dica niente. Sono stato in parecchi Melia tra alti e bassi ma mai come in questo. Non tornero' sicuramente.

Liked: Amazing staff, handled everything perfectly. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The hotel is always very busy a popular place. Navigating the lobby can be a challenge at sometimes. But this is a minor inconvenience.
