Viola Hotel Apartments

Liked: The Staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. Everything was in a very acceptable way. Wish the wall-paper/room smell was better as it was a little pungent and location was a bit more convenient for transportation. Overall it was a good stay.

Disliked: There was a slightly pungent wallpaper like smell in the room. Which I managed with air-freshners.

Liked: Good location

Disliked: The hotel provides direct government water without any water cooler or cooling system. The water was extremely hot, making it very difficult to use, especially during both day and night. I complained several times to the hotel management, Despite repeated requests, the only solution they offered was one bucket to keep the water in the hope that it would cool down. This is not an acceptable solution for a hotel, particularly during extremely hot weather. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and provides a proper solution, such as a water cooling system, rather than expecting guests to tolerate such conditions. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my stay and overall experience.

Liked: Very comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all necessary amenities were available. Special thanks to Ski at reception and all the staff for their friendly and helpful service.

Liked: Spotless and spacious rooms, exceptional staff, thank you Sky, Jalal, and Abdulwahahab for the great stay, I'll definitely come again.
