Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka

Nice stay

Very good hospitality and staff were Polite

Liked: I just booked the hotel for my flight the next morning. I did not get the chance to explore the hotel, but I did get an upgrade to the suite.

Disliked: It's very pretty from afar. when you look closer you see that it's not always well done or the building is a bit older. The room smelled a bit.

Liked: Close to the intended location, green around

Disliked: Breakfast is ordinary and guests are not taken care of well. Cold food.. Even the evening buffet is not worth the price.. Even if u r among the first guests for buffet, some of the dishes are cold. Rooms look old and not very clean. Most often new towels are stinky. Shower gel stinks like drainage.. informed hi housekeeping but no action taken!

Poor service at the hotel. 1. Poor service for valet parking. Un attentive guards. 2. Poor quality towels in washroom 3. Poor quality and smelly body wash and hand wash soaps 4. Poor quality of gymnasium including poor quality Gym machines.

Very bad cleanliness Bad smell

nice to stay

Liked: As expected from a Vivanta property, the overall experience was ok. The location was convenient, the staff were professional and courteous, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, everything was well managed.

Disliked: We stayed at the hotel for four nights. The first room allocated to us had a bathtub, but unfortunately, we found a cockroach in the bathroom. In addition, some of the bathroom tiles were damaged, and several fittings showed visible signs of rust. After we raised these concerns the next day, the hotel promptly changed our room and even provided a complimentary cake, which we appreciated. The replacement room was much better. However, finding a cockroach in the room and encountering poorly maintained, rusted bathroom fixtures was disappointing and not what we expected from a Vivanta property.
