To start they have a shuttle that picks and takes you to the hotel which was amazing. The entrance to the hotel may leave you questioning if you made a good choice or not but once you get to the lobby and your room everything was better tham expected. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Rooms are also modern. There are no smells or anything. Bathrooms are large enought and showers and counters are clean Large up to date tv and mini fridge are ice cold. The bedt part was the amazing view. They have on site cafe, chinese buffet and rooftop restaurant lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Lastly the cleaning staff was amazing and friendly as well as thr front desk.

Liked: The security guard.

Disliked: The desk clerk Sumaiya and the general manager Lamar Smith were extremely unprofessional. Despite showing my booking confirmation. Sumaiya explained that my reservation could not be found in the system. She then explained that the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to her manager. He wasn’t on sir so he drove to the establishment. We waited nearly an hour for him to arrive. As soon as he cam out of his he elevator he made not attempt to resolve the conflict. He became extremely combative and began to position himself to fight me because despite his attempts to kick me off the property I still demanded clear answer to why my booking wasn’t honored. The security guard had to come up to assist the matter. I left the hotel in sho k.

Liked: The room was spacious and fairly nice.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi did not work. The construction was so poor you could hear everything. The air conditioner made the worst noise.

Liked: Location and clean

Disliked: Everything was good no complaints

Liked: Airport shuttle and access to public transportation

Disliked: Room location. The window was meaningless as it was blocked by the roof of another building.

Liked: Everything was good!

Disliked: I would prefer the shuttle to run more frequently than on the hour.

Liked: The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I liked that there were several restaurants available on the property. Loved the breakfast area in the hotel.

Disliked: I didn't like that my room was directly above the karaoke bar. The loud music vibrated into my room. It was hard to fall asleep, and it caused my dog to bark late into the night, possibly disrupting other customers.
