W District hostel

Great experience the owner and the vibe of the place made me feel at home and was in a great location definitely will be returning ❤️

When booking the room, the details stated that there was air conditioning, but upon arrival, it was a fan room. The hotel door system was confusing, and I couldn’t enter the code to unlock the door, so the staff had to come and open it for me. The noise from the street was quite loud (but this isn't a problem for us, just noting it for the benefit of other travelers). The good thing is that the hotel owner is a foreigner and quite helpful, assisting with carrying the bags to the room. Besides the noise from the street, the hotel itself is fairly quiet, not crowded, and there is no elevator.

This is my extended 1 day more booking and paid that host didn't reply anymore where the room address so I can check in as the receptionist of the room I stayed upon arrival was a different hostel and I need to pay if I extend 1 more day.

I arrived at address and saw the small signage of W district hostel at 2am feb 9 due to late arrival of my flight.Receptionist asked my booking confirmation. Then asked my passport then told me my room will be in different place nearby ( she used Google translate) I checked in and saw the room the same like the room I paid. Since I wanted to have a sleep until 3pm then next day I booked 1 day more. I got confirmation and I thought all was OK until the receptionist arrived before 12noon and asked if I extend 1 more day.i pay again together with the night I stayed when I arrived. I contact thehost and never replied. The receptionist who took me to the room I stayed claimed the owner of the room i stayed is not the room i booked at agoda. To avoid more stress. I paid ***. And checked out. Life may have been hard to the owner of the hostel. I may not know what struggle in life they have at that moment,but they chose to earn a living at the expense of the customers symphaty who want to help their business. The young lady receptionist looks polite and innocent but clearly she played very well a role of their systematic fraud in their business. Sad day for me.

There are usually employees making loud noises throughout the room both at night and during the day. A very beautiful saleswoman at the branch yelled at me while I was sitting and watching online TV, and she used a broom to sweep in our direction.

A shorter-than-usual male sales staff chased away our customers with a price increase and used derogatory and rude language. A beautiful female sales staff with long hair wearing a strapless short dress would curse and use harsh words every time she came.

Disliked: I have booked but they not provide bed

First of all, this hotel does not have rooms with private bathrooms, don't be fooled by the pictures and vague descriptions from the owner; secondly, everywhere is messy, the floor is very dirty, there isn't even a tissue, and it's extremely noisy at night, not only from the loud roar of motorcycles on the road, but also from other guests shouting loudly in the hallway. My noise-cancelling headphones were completely useless; finally, as shown in the picture, I give this rating, and I'm sure the owner has nothing to say in response.
