Liked: Only stayed one night but everything was excellent at this property.

Disliked: Room wasn’t ready until 6pm!!!!!!! I had 2 over tired kids and staff managed it properly.. was waiting over 3 hours for room to be ready

Liked: close to where i want to go

Disliked: staff！i hv been pre-charged for guarantee without inform me in advance. so i had to call hotel via booking, but the phone automatically went to Liz Carlton! the reception often no chinese speaking staff, this is not convenient for elder people.

Liked: It locates at the best location with plenty selective room options. The breakfast was always fabulous.

Liked: A wonderful stay, so comfortable, fantastic amenities, fantastic staff, amazing breakfast, great spa and pool, I wanted to stay longer!

Liked: Staff were v helpful esp concierge and guys at main door hailing cabs and giving directions /translation to cab drivers Housekeeping good clean. Reception friendly helpful

Disliked: Hotel bathrooms bit old. Tiles changing color - shower Doors heavy. Lighting in room too dim in daytime cos night curtains have to be down all the time as windows facing other buildings.

When I checked in there was a problem and I was told my reservation hadn’t been found. It was eventually resolved, but I was told that only one of the connecting rooms was available for check-in. I received the key for one room right away, but I had to wait until the evening to get the key for the other room. They agreed to a small late check-out the next day, but I believe the key wasn’t ready until around 7:00 PM. The delay in check-in and not getting the key until the evening caused me a lot of stress. I was told the room hadn’t been cleaned, so I expected to receive the key soon — if it was going to take until the evening, I wish I had been informed in advance.

Liked: Outstanding facilities and view from swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent.
