“Acceptable”

Liked: I booked the corner room which was very spacious and had nice views.

Disliked: Very disappointed with this hotel. I have been to other W hotels globally and this is the worst I’ve been to. The hotel didn’t mention at the time of booking that they were undergoing construction.

Liked: Hotel Manager was nice about understanding our issues.

Disliked: Front desk staff rude unwelcoming on check in, Room was filthy dirty moldy, wall paper hanging torn off the walls, carpet ripped, soiled with stains, room was a health hazard. Bell staff,poor, Rude, unmotivated and gave out false information.
