“Repeated stay!”
First time was for birthday - pretty good experience so went back for anniversary staycay, it was not bad overall but i guess first time was still the best as we had free cocktail sesh at the lobby, but this time round was not invited for that.

“amazing hotel for couples or families.”
Liked: amazing location close to bars and eateries - the free bus makes it easy to visit the other side of the island. Hotel pool is amazing.
Disliked: the only problem i could find is that we tried to order coffee to our rooms before the barrister was open and we got instant coffee - and charged for a proper coffee. but there is nespresso machines in the room.

“A great stay at W Sentosa Cove”
Liked: The ambience, customer service, cleanliness, comfort, location. The staff are really really nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was find but could be improved for more variety... but then again, my palette is rather complicated.

Liked: The room and facilities were fantastic.
Disliked: I came down with severe food poisoning after consuming food from the in-room dining menu. It was so bad that I had to go to A&E for treatment as this happened in the middle of the night (we had asked the hotel for Panadol and was told that they did not have any, they also did not offer to send someone to buy it for us from the nearest convenience store). The response of W Hotel staff fell short of what I had expected from such a premium hotel. There was no sympathy for the discomfort and inconvenience as a result of the food poisoning. All of our interactions with the hotel staff after we had informed them of my food poisoning gave us the impression that the hotel was trying to "protect itself" and put the blame of the food poisoning on me instead. Not once did the hotel take any responsibility for the incident and the poor experience (e.g. waiving of the room service dining costs - it was not a lot to begin with but would have been a nice gesture).

“Wedding anniversary staycation”
We had a wonderful staycation at W hotel. The deluxe room was clean and spacious. I requested for an unblocked view. The staffs surprised us with a cake and cute balloon deco for our wedding anniversary. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

“An unforgettable experience on Sentosa Island”
Liked: A stunning hotel on Sentosa Island, with a large swimming pool in the middle of a garden surrounded by palm trees. Our room had its own private pool, which was so refreshing after a day out exploring. My experience at this hotel was so positive that my son has already asked to come back. The staff pay close attention to every detail to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
