Liked: Everything was excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful AND YOU GUYS SHOULD PAY THEM MORE as a union member myself IBEW 494, i support the workers, and at 1300 for a single night i think yall can cut loose a bit and take care of your people
Disliked: That the owners/management don't pay their employees enough and that have to strike

“Great place to stay!”
We always enjoy this hotel for so many reasons. Clean, great staff, so convenient. Don’t hesitate. If you enjoy nice places to stay, this is the place for you!

“It was a good stay overall, a bit expensive, however.”
Liked: The property was well located and has all the amenities one desires to have.
Disliked: It shouldn’t have said “breakfast included.” With a cost of more than one thousand dollars a night to stay, the breakfast allowance of $30 per capita is quite ungenerous.

“Very bad room service food, shit food”
Liked: clean, good location
Disliked: The food is so badddddd is even worse than any food from airport food quality. I ordered breakfast twice and this lunch. The breakfast smells disgusting, eggs are from plastic package. The lunch pasta is soft/overcooked, chicken breast tastes over proceed and cheap quality, and sauce is disgustingly. This certainly does not match the level of five star hotel catering.

“Fabulous first time in Chicago!”
Liked: The location was fabulous for walking to all the shopping and restaurants. It had excellent staff and facilities.
Disliked: It was a little more expensive than I normally would pay

“Absolutely amazing”
Liked: I loved how i came there and everyone was so welcoming and wanted to bring my bags up for me i even left my phone and charger in the car and they were going to bring it up to my room. Room service brought me two separate orders because i ordered the wrong thing and sat the plate down right in front of me. I was on the 25th floor and had the best view ever. 10/10
Disliked: I have nothing bad to say about the property. If anything the driveway was a little hard to find if ur not Chicago born and raised
