Walker Hotel Chenggong

I chose this place because the price seemed reasonable, but when I arrived I found it’s probably an older property and very damp and musty. The room smelled strongly of smoke. In the bathroom there was toilet paper left in the bowl that hadn’t been flushed, and a used towel with no fresh towels provided. There were also a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom.

Nice

There was a strong smell of smoke, and the room was not well cleaned. There were unidentified hairs on the bed, and I started itching just from sitting on the bed (that's my breaking point). I checked out and left less than an hour after checking in. The hotel has parking, which is convenient, but the metal drainage covers on the corners are too slippery and I slipped multiple times — very dangerous. Be careful when staying here.

Ok

Although children stay free, towels and bath towels are not provided. The service attitude is terrible, and the same hotel uses multiple names? What are they up to? I used to be a regular at this hotel, and I’ve even stayed in rooms that reeked of smoke before — with service like this I won’t stay here again. Even if it’s cheap, basic customer service standards still matter!

The location is great, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the facilities. It doesn’t look like the pictures, and for the price, I don’t feel it was worth the money. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement, especially with cleanliness and maintenance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the property has great potential given its location. I would still recommend it if these areas are improved.

"Comfortable and clean environment, friendly and attentive service — the overall stay was wonderful and truly felt like home. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance!" We stayed as a family of three with our baby this time, and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the space was well suited for a baby. The quiet surroundings allowed our whole family to rest well. During our stay we felt the hotel's care and thoughtfulness; they were very family-friendly for those with infants, which put our minds at ease for our first trip with the baby. The facilities were tidy and the staff were warm — the check-in process went smoothly. All three of us were very comfortable, and the baby had a great time ❤️ If we have the chance to come again, we will definitely choose this place. Highly recommended for families with children!
