“Staying for 29 nights, including breakfast, needs to be checked for reference.”
The location is very convenient for the night market and the MRT, but the breakfast dishes are mostly on the heavy side and go better with congee or white rice. My room happened to experience heavy rain and moisture — the floor leaked, and after switching rooms the ceiling leaked in the new room. They didn’t change rooms again after that, but it was recorded. Amenities and cleaning were very quick. I also encountered small insects in the bathroom and they dealt with them immediately using a cleaner. If you’re not staying long-term, it’s actually okay—aside from the downstairs area being a bit messy and having many smokers.

“Not recommended business travel”
The moment I entered the business hotel room it reeked of smoke, and the hallways smelled the same. The fire stairwell is very wide but the lights were off and it was full of trash and clutter; the emergency equipment had certification stickers but was covered in dust. In the second-floor dining room the ceiling had exposed rebar and chunks of cement fell while we were eating, and there were cockroaches (I have video evidence). For these reasons I do not recommend staying here.

“A hotel with good cost-performance ratio, suitable for tourists who stay for three days or more and only use the hotel for bathing and sleeping.”
1. Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT, get off at Sanchong Station, transfer to the Zhonghe–Xinlu Line toward Nanshijiao, and get off at Taipei Bridge Station. You still need to turn a corner and walk a bit to reach the hotel, so travelers who prioritize very convenient transport might find it unsuitable. 2. The surrounding area is an older part of Sanzhong District in New Taipei, with lots of small food stalls. If you walk straight you’ll see a post office and a shopping mall, plus a rooftop cinema and a FamilyMart (which offers self-service laundry inside). The hotel is built on top of an older building and the cleanliness on that floor is a bit questionable, so I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are picky about hygiene. 3. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and polite. The hotel price for six nights was about *** (roughly *** per night). It’s very budget-friendly for card-carrying travelers — they accept both card and cash — and is relatively good value within the New Taipei/Taipei area. The elevator requires your room key card to operate. 4. The room facilities are fairly old-fashioned. There are water stains on the ceiling (once there was even a leak that dripped onto the bed, which was pretty scary). The bed is actually two beds pushed together, with two pillows; I slept quite well. The shower area is fairly spacious but shares space with the toilet; you need to bring your own toiletries. The TV receives local channels, the air conditioning and ventilation are decent, and there’s a kettle, coffee, and tea on the desk. If you need daily cleaning you must notify the front desk; the staff will ask if you want fresh sheets (which you usually do). This hotel may not suit guests with higher accommodation standards. 5. The restaurant is on the second floor and serves basic fried noodles and bread — suitable if you just want a simple breakfast to fill up.

“good for a few days but depressing”
Liked: The price is pretty cheap compared to other places. The room and the bathroom were big. The staff was cleaning the room when we asked for. 7-11, family mart, laundry etc around the hotel, it’s nice:)
Disliked: The smoke smell was too much. It was everywhere, on the bed, pillows, blankets. The AC was too cold, even when we put it at 28 degrees. Neighbors were really noisy and we could even hear them snoring (the wall layers weren’t that thick..). I believe the breakfast was nice for Taiwanese but I personally didn’t like it, as a vegetarian.

“The smell of smoke is very strong... etc.”
At check-in the front desk asked if we wanted to pay extra per night to upgrade to a room with a bathtub. After upgrading, we discovered that the room had not actually been upgraded when we checked in that evening. A friend had booked online and when they checked in at 11:00 PM they were told their room was still being cleaned and had to wait another 30 minutes. When we entered the room there was a strong smell of smoke, the sofa was covered in dust, and the bathroom door did not close properly. Not recommended.

“It's a hotel with quite good cost performance.”
It's within walking distance of the subway and bus stops. There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor. There are various shops around the hotel. There is generally no housekeeping, but towels, trash pickup, and bottled water are provided quickly if you ask the front desk. The staff are friendly. I thought the breakfast was sufficient for the price of the stay — the side dishes were tasty. Amenities are available from the front desk if you request them. The bathroom and room were spacious and comfortable. I don't think most rooms have windows.
