Close to the Wangsimi metro station thus only a few stops from where the action is at a reasonable price. The room we had was funky with mirrors everywhere and a bathroom with bath. The hotel itself looks fancy but should get some upgrades: The bed is very unforgiving, the windows barely close so the noise from the busy street is loud, and the ‘sliding mirror curtains’ don’t close either so it’s pretty light. So all combined i would give them 7 stars out of 10…

When I made the reservation I set the check-in time to 12–1 PM, but they told me I could check in at 10 PM and I ended up paying an extra fee (₩35,000) and checked in around 1 PM. I’m wondering why Agoda asks you to enter a check-in time. At the hotel they responded as if it was my fault for not checking properly, which left a bad impression. Also, when I asked them to combine the room charge and the extra fee on one receipt, they flat-out refused. These issues should be corrected.

The actual room looked completely different from the photos advertised online. Everything looked old and outdated. Even the basic electrical outlets were problematic, making charging our devices incredibly difficult and painfully slow. The most bizarre part? A gigantic mirror directly facing the bed! For a moment, I genuinely wondered whether I had accidentally walked onto the set of an adult movie. As for cleanliness, who knows? The lighting was so dim that it was practically impossible to tell whether the room was clean or dirty. And here’s the best part: we paid approximately *** for just 12 hours of accommodation! For ***, you get endless waiting, terrible communication, a room that looks nothing like the advertised photos, and outdated facilities. If this is what they call hospitality, then congratulations to the hotel for delivering a truly unforgettable experience, for all the wrong reasons. Disliked: Hôtel sale tache de sang sur les draps et sur le matelas chambre non nettoyer pas de changement de draps mobilier en dégradation et rien à voir avec les photos fenêtre sale et par dessus tout des cafards et le réception qui nous dis que ça vient peut être de chez nous il ne parle meme pas anglais et ne sont pas accueillant

The washroom was too old and not repaired. The bugs were there and the lights of the room and the door of the washroom was so weird and was not opening. One of the worst hotel experience

There was severe rust and mold in the bathroom and the place was generally very dusty. The dust was so bad it was hard to breathe. There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the toilet. Unless you’re using it very cheaply, this is definitely not a place worth paying over 100,000 won a night for.

I reserved the hotel because it advertised as foreigner-friendly and in a good location, but there’s hardly anything worthwhile within the local area. We arrived in the late evening and local people were drunk and rude. The smell of the nearby seafood restaurants made the room smell like a fish market. There was dust build-up on the window screen. Door hinges were rusty. There was no shower curtain to cover the dirty tub and water leaked from the top and bottom somehow. The overhead shower head was moldy and we did not feel comfortable using it. The mattress was hard. Aside from the room quality. I had to try to communicate my concerns with the front desk staff and they didn’t speak any English, so we had to communicate through a translator app. Not a major issue, but inconvenient for me. My wife and I checked out less than 2 hours after checking in and they would NOT offer any money back on the room nor any manager to contact after I asked repeatedly. Terrible hotel.
