“Good Location & Good Service”
The dining area is good and the staff service is good. Prices are OK. I would recommend starting to renovate the rooms because they are beginning to show wear. Overall it’s good.

“The room is dirty, has mosquitoes, and smells musty.”
The bathroom was dirty, with stains on the floor and walls. There was shampoo but no conditioner; the liquid soap was barely refilled—only about half a bottle. Important: we booked for 2 adults and 2 children but were only given 2 towels. When we called to request more, there was a charge of 50 THB per towel! The swimming pool smelled sour—this was shocking, I’ve never encountered that before. There were mosquitoes in the room, including in the bathroom. When we opened the door the room smelled very musty—extremely bad. In short, nothing about the stay was impressive.

“Good location with complete amenities.”
The accommodation is in a convenient, walkable location with a beautiful garden and tasty breakfast. The staff are friendly and attentive, the hot water works well, and the facilities are complete. Although the cleanliness could be better, overall it’s excellent value for money.

“The dual symbol of Surat Thani, thank you for keeping it.”
I stay here every time I come to Surat Thani. It's a long-established hotel that never disappoints… I had the chance to go after two years and noticed the rooms have been renovated and are more comfortable than before, although they were already clean. It might have been low season when I visited because there seemed to be fewer guests. Staff informed us that breakfast would be served a la carte with no limit on portions, and that on days with fewer guests there wouldn't be a breakfast buffet. I was surprised, but when I went to eat it was still okay—appetizing and delicious as always. The restaurant staff took great care of us. Nong Pla (Sriprapa) attentively looked after and checked on each table to provide good service. I was impressed. The soft-boiled eggs she prepared were perfectly cooked and very tasty—just right for eating. Thank you.
