Warehouse18 Pool Cafe Resort

The accommodation is clean. The amenities encountered during the stay included issues with the water; the shower pressure was very low, and the bathroom door lock was broken, but it did not affect usability since I was with family. In my mother's room, the TV didn’t work. The swimming pool is clean. The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is optional, costing 100 baht per person.

Good things about this place is the food was really good. I had the papaya salad about six times. The staff was pretty nice but there were tons of miscommunications and she made us a lot of food we didn't order and then paid for it. The dog is not one you want to play with as it is a hunter and eats and demolishes small animals and is covered in bugs. They make the pool in the pictures looks so much cooler than it is. The pool is only about two feet deep. And you can't really slide down the slides. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable. I had to take some of the pillows from the pool to stuff them in the bed to make it more comfortable. It is very close to a very loud busy road and will make it difficult to sleep. When we tried to book this hotel for different bedrooms it said it was unavailable but when we got there we were the only ones staying there and those rooms were very obviously available and not under construction. They also spray the room with very strong potpourri and it is overwhelming. I also had lots of weird uncomfortable conversations with the host who wanted to talk about how she was fat and I was skinny and it was just weird and uncomfortable because there was already a language barrier and how do you explain to somebody when you don't speak their language something this awkward.

Not worth it. Photos don’t justify the actual reality. Pool is very small and dirty same goes with room and bathroom as well. Staff was helpful

Only thing great is the pool, gets a lot of locals visiting with ere kids for the day. Not much for food options on the area. Booked 3 nights stayed 1..

If you're coming as a family with kids who enjoy playing in the water at an affordable price, this place is very suitable. The slides here are not too high, so younger children can play and have fun. There are no deep water areas, and the pool size is just right – not too small and not too big, allowing parents to watch their children comfortably.

ที่พักกว้าง น่าพัก มากค่ะ ลาบ ข้าวผัด เฟรนฟรายเดย์อร่อย เจ้าของน่ารัก พนักงานบริการดี ๆว้จะกลับมาพักอีกค่ะ

1. Staff wasn't told me about breakfast included. 2.The room was dusty and old not clean at all. 3.The pool very drity and ties in the pool was broken feel unsaved and need to improve and fixe. 4.The facilities not cover such as wi fi,tissue paper, water I reserved 2 night no breakfast no water because staff not take care of it.

The hotel host is very friendly. Location is nereby piers from Suratthani to Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Very good to stay for the weekend or transit to those islands.
