“多人数部屋”
個室と思って予約しましたが、現地に着いて知らない人との多人数部屋を案内され驚くとともに、プライバシーもない環境に一夜を過ごし愕然としました。写真は個室部屋だったし、まさかそのような部屋とは思ってもいませんでした。そうならそうと誰もがわかるように明確に示すべきです。

“Exceptional”
Liked: The space was so comfortable and the staff were easy to approach, very available. Also the location was super good!

“I'm generally satisfied.”
The location is good, the room size is not small, and especially the bathroom is nice. The breakfast is not great. By 8:30, all the bread is gone and not refilled, which is disappointing. The taste is not good, and there are just a lot of options. It might be better to skip breakfast and go have udon instead.

“Perfect dormitory”
The dormitory provided by a pretty good hotel was quite clean in all its facilities. The air conditioning worked well, and there were no unpleasant smells. I think I will use it again when I visit Takamatsu next time.

“Satisfaction”
I used it for a room only. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are plenty of shops in the nearby arcade, so it's not a problem. The interior was much cleaner than the exterior, and the unique design was interesting. Having a separate bath and toilet is also good! The bed was spacious and I was satisfied.

“A place with everything in place.”
There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel, and the arcade street is very close by. It was a trip where we shared a car, but there were plenty of car-sharing locations nearby, and even though it was a trip that included the weekend, we didn't have any problems. The free space was also spacious, and it was nice to be able to spend time there until the bus to the airport arrived.

“Generally good.”
It's not particularly amazing, but the price, cleanliness, and service are all good without any problems. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the shopping district, making it easy to walk around. There is also a space where you can cook for yourself. The facial lotion is 250 yen and is chargeable. Due to a mistake by the staff, it was charged at 618 yen, and when I noticed it after returning to my room, they politely handled the refund proactively. I recommend it as the service was also nice.

“Terrible experience, ruined my birthday trip”
Not really an enjoyable stay given how small and noisy the room is. Constantly heard corridor voices and street traffic. The AC is clearly malfunctioning: setting it to high made it really cold and woke me up, while medium automatically shut off, and I was woken. Maybe since I booked 2 days ahead, I paid more than the regular pricing for a single room (around 13,800 jpy!); and I kept bumping into something like the door, the bed, etc., as I moved in the room. Was attracted by their photos but really disappointed by how small it is, won't ever book again, esp if it was my birthday trip.
