“Excellent”
Liked: The location just couldn't be better. 15 minute walk to Victoria Tube Station and Victoria coach station and Victoria train station. Safe area. Excellent restaurants within 10 minute walk. Staff at front desk helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing after two times. Always the same food. Expensive for what you got. Staff in restaurant was excellent.

“The staff were brilliant and the room was excellent. In a quiet street close to Victoria Station.”
Liked: The bedroom, reception, bar and staff was excellent.
Disliked: The breakfast and meal were not good. I was also spilt by coffee by staff due to the closeness of visitors and tables. Fortunately the coffee was not hot so I was not burnt. I would not eat there again.

“Regrettable”
Liked: It was close to where I was working
Disliked: Put me in a basement room that had a portable air con unit that sounded like a 2nd hand hand washing machine. Turned it off and it turned into a sweatbox. No sleep. Awful. Don’t stay on the apartment rooms.

“Enjoyable and restful long weekend”
Liked: Lovely staff, great location, nice breakfast
Disliked: A small thing, We are coffee drinkers so it would have been great to have coffee and decaf coffee with room (we had plenty of tea and herbal tea, which we also liked).

“The venue gave us great service, style and all of the things we wanted to do were easily accessed.”
Liked: Loved the location, the staff were friendly, helpful and able to answer and/or address any questions. The room was very comfortable and old worldly the fitted in the location. Food was good and the whole vibe touched off our visit to London. The venue was easy access to all of the sites and activities we wanted to see or attend.
