Liked: Close to the center of town. Bus to the Central Station stop right in front of the hotel.

Disliked: Could not leave our luggage when we checked out for the day.

Liked: The location is very good Near to the bus station going to the city The room ( suite WOW) was amazing Very big The hotel is clean The breakfast was very good, tasty and varied

Disliked: I went to Amesterdam between 24-27 of June it was very hot and the AC was not working at all and very noisy. We were suffocating in the room They tried to fix it but still not working They offered some ( ventilateur) to help but still it was so hot

Liked: Breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: AC didn't work and they dismissed it as the heatwave. Even when it cooled down at night the AC still blew 30C. They put us on a "waitlist" for a fan, but never gave us one. We were miserable each of the 2 nights we spent there.

Liked: Location, super friendly staff, clean rooms. Good parking.

Liked: The location. Quiet away from the noise of central Amaterdam, but with bus stop outside the door of the hotel enabling us to catch the no 22 bus to central station in twenty minutes. The hotel is great the staff are friendly and amenable. I was touched when I returned to my room last night that a bag of sweets and complimentary free drink voucher for my birthday had been put in place by the room attendant who had taken note if my birthday cards. A nice touch. The breakfast staff were very attentive when my daughter asked for gluten-free bread each morning and ensured this was sorted. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows wonderfully huge and soft. We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.

Disliked: The noisy bar attendant towards the end of the evening crashing glasses around and making a noise. We got the impression it was time to leave. We didn't return for rest off stay it put us off. It's a bit strange to have a toilet separate from the shower room with no wash basin, meaning we had to walk through the apartment to the shower room to wash hands is not ideal.

Liked: room was very clean and big enough,i like the pictures and statues around, the staff was very helpful, thank you very much for your gifts as well
