Disliked: Surprised to be asked for €100 security deposit on arrival. Phone in room didn't work. Confusion over the room not getting cleaned. Breakfast looked disappointing, no hot food, decor is really old and location is far from Central Amsterdam in an Ethnic neighborhood

It's average hotel, the bathroom needs attention (water tabs leaking and shower tabs as well). Room's carpet is old needs to get changed as has stains. However, staffs are great land welcoming and it's close to airport.
