Westlake Pearl Aparthotel & Spa - By Pegasy Group

Our stay with this hotel was nothing but great! Hanna, accommodated our upgrade request and the other staff are friendly as well. Additionally, when you book via Grab rides, you’ll get automatic discount (just click on offers).

The location and staffs were highlights. But the appartement was small with no view and in bad condition. It’s very average appartment hotel. Not a 5 star-hotel as it said

Everything about this hotel which is more like motel hypes up the lake views so 1. I took the most affordable room which I didn’t know is below street level 2. The window which I don’t even know why they put a window looks at a cement wall 3. There is no day light period!!! 4. The place is impossible to find from the street since it’s down a small alley behinds another building 5. The staff told me to upgrade me to a room with daylight I need to pay extra $22 per night In short This place shows you photos that do not match the rooms They make it look bigger They show you views of the lake that many rooms don’t have Be careful

The room is really clean for the price, and the staff's response is friendly. The breakfast is adequate for the level. Due to the nature of the neighborhood, it can be somewhat noisy nearby, but you can take that into account and bring earplugs or something similar. You can't expect more for that price.

Smells nice Nice view in roof top Good location

As someone who usually stays for 2-3 days in Hanoi and who travels light whenever I get the chance, this hotel it’s really a plus since they have a laundry machine with dryer. It’s also very modern and clean!

Happy with my stay in the hotel. The room i got was clean and big. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. And with nearby convenience stores and restos. Will definitely come back if i get to travel to Hanoi again.
