Stayed for 7 nights for a business trip. The housekeeping team always kept my room clean, and the front office team was very helpful too. Even though the room isn't soundproof, it was still comfortable and the noise wasn't really bothersome.

“Business trip to Balikpapan for one night.”

Hotel in the city center, clean, friendly staff and a wide variety of breakfast options that suit my taste. The only downside is the rooms aren't soundproof — the neighboring room's phone vibrating could be heard clearly in my room. Overall, so far is good.

The room was quite comfortable and clean. The room facilities were adequate, and the view was pleasant. The hotel's location is strategic—everything is nearby because I used ride-hailing services. This was my first time staying at this hotel; the check-in process was very quick. When I arrived they only checked my ID and the booking made through the app, and in under a minute I already had the room key. I actually want to come back here.

“Very good”

Quite uncomfortable at first when I arrived because I wasn't expecting such a very small room — it even seemed like I myself wouldn't fit. Fortunately I could upgrade the room, although I had to pay extra. Hopefully next time they'll provide clearer information in the listing title.
