“The worst hotel I have gone to”
Disliked: The place was bad I will not be going back to this place not clean they don’t even offer nothing no soap, shampoo, body wash.,,, they don’t change the towels at all and I believe they don’t like the people that booked through booking. Because at first he told me that because I was late they had canceled my room and they were someone else. Also, that also had to put through this app. They told them the same thing, but at the end, I called support this try to figure something out and I was able to stay, but will not be going back at all.

“Good for the money and a short stay”
The hotel is overall good for the price. However, if you are a light sleeper, like I am, I would not recommend staying on the side of the building where 79st runs. You can hear the cars and trucks going by because the window doesn't block much of sounds. Also, I would not stay in the rooms on the 1st floor, such as 102-108, near by the door and stairs on the side on 79st street. People came in and out that side doors all day and mostly the night. I experience that damn door opening and closing until at least midnight. I now understand why some hotels deactivated the entrance to the side doors of hotels in the late evenings now. People coming and going can cause a person to not be able to sleep or take a nap. I would stay there again, but most definitely would ask to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor and away from the 79st street.

“Very bad services”
Liked: Very bad service the staff was very rude we asked for extra towels and the we were not able to get any because the front desk was not opened.
Disliked: Nothing at all I would not stay at any locations

“I’ve stayed at plenty of sweets. This one was number one the most worst facility I’ve been at.”
Liked: I like that I have a kitchen
Disliked: The toilet has black mold all around it. It’s not clean at all. They only gave me two pillows. There’s no appliances not even in the lobby. No one’s never at the front desk. One of the workers told me to go to the gas station and get a pot, which was really disrespectful because gas stations don’t sell pots. none of the employees were helpful.
