Liked: The breakfast was very good

Disliked: The view from the room they offered us was blocked by another building. They had other rooms of the same size available with an unobstructed view, but unfortunately, they didn’t offer us one of those rooms. Perhaps they reserved the rooms with blocked views for customers who booked through Booking.com. The tap wasn't working as well.

Disliked: In addition that all rooms smells cigarettes, I was extremely tired and asleep in my room when I suddenly woke up and found a waiter standing directly in front of my bed, holding a plate of something I didn’t even order, I sent official complain to the hotel and throughout booking and they’ve neglected it, will never book there again

Good hotel, very clean, good staff, good breakfast.

Liked: Very nice hotel, cant fault it really. Facilities were good and everything was clean.

Disliked: I paid to have breakfast included, the day we were leaving we left the hotel early and they didnt have any type pf breakfast to go, so we paid for breakfast but didnt get it. I would suggest they always have some for guests, not even fancy but little biscuits/fruits/yogurt would be nice.

Liked: The staff was super welcoming and friendly. They provided suggestions on tourist attractions and booked my cab back to the airport for me.:)

Disliked: I did not like the breakfast menu unfortunately.

URGENT – PROPERTY CANNOT HONOR CONFIRMED ROOM TYPE I am currently at Wyndham Istanbul Old City. My confirmed Agoda booking is for 2 rooms under the room type “Premium Suite with Jet Pool”, for 4 adults and 3 children. The property is offering lower-category rooms and says that the reservation received from Agoda is different from my Agoda confirmation. I do not authorize any cancellation or downgrade. Please contact the property immediately and arrange one of the following: The confirmed room type; An equal or higher room category at no extra cost; or Comparable or better alternative accommodation. Please record that I arrived on time and that I am not a no-show. Please provide me with a case number and written confirmation of the resolution.
